Travel Grant
KCR 2025 offers Travel Grant to INTERNATIOAL Scientists or Medical Doctors who present their abstract on-site who are eligible for all the conditions listed below.
You may apply for the Travel Grant when you submit the abstract, and the final recipients will be announced on this website after the KCR 2025 organizing committee's review.

Even if you submit multiple abstracts, you will be eligible to receive the Travel Grant for only one abstract.
The result of travel grant for the late-breaking abstract submitters will be separately noticed after the end of February 2025.
Please note that the Travel Grant will be awarded only ONCE per presenter, regardless of the number of accepted abstracts.
If a presenter does not present the abstract, the Travel Grant will be canceled.
A valid form of ID, such as a passport or driver’s license, must be presented upon claiming the grant at the congress.
