As a translational research investigator, I bridge bench-to-bedside science through integrated clinical and mechanistic studies in autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. My recent publications span a wide range of topics, including mitochondrial transplantation as a novel therapeutic approach in idiopathic inflammatory myopathy (Ann Rheum Dis, 2025), biomarker discovery and disease progression modeling in RA-associated interstitial lung disease (J Rheumatol, Rheumatology), and single-cell analyses revealing drug effects on lung epithelial stemness under systemic inflammation (EBioMedicine). I have also contributed to precision immunology and real-world data research, such as nationwide cohort studies and the use of AI-based natural language processing in bilingual clinical data. These works reflect my commitment to advancing targeted therapies and individualized care through multidisciplinary, translational efforts.
